The standard EoT cleaning service does not include:
Cleaning of walls, ceilings, curtains, balconies, patios, exterior windows, carpets (unless agreed), washing, laundry emptying and putting items back in cupboards/wardrobes/drawers, emptying, cleaning and putting back books on bookshelves. All of the above-mentioned services, excluding ceiling cleaning, are available at an extra charge. The property must be vacated. If the property is occupied whilst The Service is in progress or after the cleaning the client loose right to complaint about the job quality.
